West Hills Health and Rehab is a part of Grace Healthcare, founded in 1997 to manage Nursing Care and Rehabilitation Facilities.
Grace Healthcare’s culture is based on a simple but powerful concept: We believe in treating our residents, family members, and our employees, as well as our business associates and community members, how we would wish to be treated. One of our company mottos is “Do The Right Thing”. Our goal is to do what is right for our residents, especially, but also what is right for all with whom we come into contact. Our ownership and corporate management team, as well as our individual facility nurses and caregivers, recognize that our profession is much more than a business; it is a mission – “A Service from The Heart.”
All Grace facilities are licensed by the individual licensing authority within the state in which they operate. Each facility is a member of their individual state’s professional association, and a member of the American Healthcare Association, the national professional organization for licensed Nursing Facilities. All services provided by Grace Healthcare are offered without regard to race, color, national origin, disability, age, religion, sex, citizenship status, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.
Grace Healthcare also participates in the Federal Office of Inspector General’s Corporate Compliance Program, which is a federally approved plan, whereby the member healthcare companies set up their own internal corporate program, sanctioned by the federal government, to promote and uphold recognized ethical and legal standards in the conduct of business. We support these initiatives, and regularly inform and train our employees in the adherence to these program standards.
